We are looking to add a part-time analyst to our Zenylitics team.  The individual will work remotely on a project basis analyzing our customer’s interaction data.  Self-motivated, strong analytical skill, ability to communicate value and ROI to a client is paramount to success.  Project deliverables can be completed outside of normal business hours unless otherwise specified.

Background must include:

Contact center experience, analytics role a major plus, QA/leadership role a plus

Preferable to include:

Experience with speech/interaction analytics technology, preferably CallMiner

Position currently on an as-needed basis, with an opportunity to a full-time position at later date.
